This page says what we do with your data when you use this site. It is written to be read, not to be worked around.
1. Who is responsible for your data

Andorra holds an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Since this site also addresses people located in the European Union, we apply the GDPR.
2. What we collect, and when
The savings calculator
When you request the audit at the end of the calculator, you send us:
- your work email address (required);
- your phone number with its country code (required);
- your website address (optional);
- your industry and your answers to the six questions, along with the estimate calculated from them.
An invisible field acts as a bot trap. If it is filled in, nothing is sent.
Booking a call
The "Book a call" button opens our calendar at Cal.com. What you enter there is processed by Cal.com and then reaches us: see their own privacy policy.
Technical logs
Our host records incoming requests (IP address, date, page requested, browser), as any host does, for security and to keep the service running.
What we don't do
No account to create, no payment on the site, no analytics, no advertising, no embedded social networks, no selling of contact lists.
3. Why, and on what legal basis

The calculator produces an estimate from your answers. It makes no decision about you, and there is no profiling or automated decision-making within the meaning of article 22 of the GDPR.
4. Who else sees this data
We neither sell nor rent your data. It is processed by the providers that run our tools:

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. If you want the details of the contractual safeguards covering those transfers, ask us at jerome@edenio.io and we'll come back with each provider's documents.
5. How long we keep it
- Audit request and exchanges: three years from our last contact, then deleted. If we end up working together, the project data follows the contract and accounting obligations.
- Calculator answers kept in your browser: until the tab is closed (see cookies and browser storage).
- Technical logs: the retention applied by our host.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or restricted, to object to its processing, and to receive it in a reusable format.
Write to jerome@edenio.io. We answer within one month. We may ask you to clarify your request if we have serious doubts about your identity.
If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the Andorran Data Protection Authority (APDA), the authority Knops, SLU reports to. If you live in the European Union, you can also refer it to your own country's authority: in France, the CNIL.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The request sent by the calculator travels to our internal tool with a secret shared between the two, and access to that tool is restricted to the Edenio team, with named accounts.
No system is perfect: if an incident affected your data, we would notify you and the competent authority, as the GDPR requires.
8. Children
This site addresses professionals. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
9. Changes
We update this page when our tools or our processing change. The date at the top shows the current version.
