The audit

Where the money goes
Movements in, movements out, thresholds: whatever drops below its limit gets ordered, and the order is already drafted.
Book inventory and on-hand inventory drifted apart months ago, and the reorder points live in someone's head — not always the same person. So the order goes out in a rush, at rush prices, while other items have been sitting on the shelf for a year with nobody costing them.
Book inventory
On-hand inventory
Each item carries its own reorder point and lead time, computed from the last twelve months of consumption rather than a figure set five years ago. When inventory drops below the limit, the supplier order is prepared with the usual quantity and supplier: all that's left is to send it.
Gaps between book inventory and the count are displayed rather than absorbed: you see where it leaks, and since when.

Dormant inventory costs twice: the cash it ties up, and the space it takes. So each item carries its last movement date and the value it represents, which lets you decide to clear it, downgrade it or stop ordering it.
At the other end, an accurate opening count is essential: without a reliable starting point, book inventory starts out wrong and nobody trusts the screen after three weeks.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.
Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.
Only the ones you allow, item by item. For the rest the order is drafted and waits for approval: the automation is there so nothing is forgotten, not to decide for you.
From your real usage over twelve months and your supplier's lead time, then adjusted. A threshold set once and for all goes wrong as soon as activity changes.
An opening count is needed, at least on the items that matter. Without a correct starting point, book inventory starts out wrong, and nobody will trust the screen three weeks later.
No. A warehouse with locations, pick waves and handheld terminals calls for a WMS. This is about knowing what you have, what you use and when to order — which many still run on spreadsheets.
They are shown, not absorbed. Every gap is dated and tied to an item: after a few weeks you can tell a keying error from breakage or from something else.
