From order to dispute, the information follows the goods.

For logistics, transport and distribution: orders, packing slips, route tracking and disputes, connected to your ERP.

Orders and packing slips

The document arrives, it's read, the ERP is fed.

The note is photographed on the dock, its lines matched against the order, and the entry goes to your ERP in the format it expects. The gap shows the same day, with the truck still at the dock.

  • The note attached to its order on arrival
  • Quantity ordered, quantity delivered, gap
  • Anything doubtful waits for approval

Routes and tracking

The goods leave, and their status comes back on its own.

Each shipment carries its status, entered by the people doing the work as they do it. The client gets a link and stops calling, and the route's real cost is compared with the plan without a single extra entry.

  • The status of every shipment, without phoning
  • The delay flagged before the client notices
  • Real cost against planned, route by route

Disputes and proof

When it goes wrong, the facts are already there.

Exceptions, timestamped photos and proof of delivery stay attached to the shipment. Six weeks later, the claim is built on dated facts rather than on what everyone remembers.

  • Proof of delivery attached to the shipment
  • Exceptions entered at unloading, in the right form
  • What disputes cost, by client and by cause

Inventory and replenishment

Upstream, inventory orders before it runs out.

Each item carries its reorder point and lead time, computed from twelve months of consumption. When inventory drops, the supplier order is prepared — and count gaps are displayed rather than absorbed.

  • A reorder point per item, kept current
  • The order prepared, ready to send
  • What dormant inventory ties up

Hours and payroll data

And at month end, payroll doesn't start over.

Hours are entered where the work happens and attached to a route or a site. Spread of hours, premiums, bonuses and absences follow your pay rules, and the export takes your accountant's format.

  • Hours attached to what they were spent on
  • Premiums computed, not estimated
  • An export agreed with your accountant

Testimonials

What they say, once the work is in their hands.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.

Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

Steve Bron

Co-founder, Buckmoon Agency

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

Jeremy Boissinot

The team did a fabulous job. Their support from start to finish, their professionalism, commitment and recommendations mean I'll be working with them again! I've finally found my go-to agency! I highly recommend them — you can go in with your eyes closed.

Maxime Dohollo

CEO, Agence Nuisibles

We worked together for several months and I'm fully satisfied with what was delivered. He quickly grasped how complex and varied our offer is, and put in place a clear, smooth, well-thought-out process.

Alexandre Velardocchio

Here are the first three qualities that come to mind: professionalism, integrity, efficiency. Thank you for our exchanges and for the work delivered. I recommend them.

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Do we need to change our ERP?

No. We build the missing layer that gets your ERP talking to the field.

What if our ERP has no API?

During the assessment, we look at what it can import and export. That's what decides how we connect to it.

How many documents does the reading get wrong?

On a clean printed note, around 95% of fields come out right. On a skewed photo or a handwritten note, markedly fewer: anything read with doubt is flagged, never silently guessed.

Are handwritten exceptions handled?

They are never interpreted automatically. They are isolated, shown large, and require human confirmation — that note is what decides a dispute.

What if a carrier has no software?

They install nothing. A link is enough for them to drop a proof of delivery or a photo, straight from their phone.

How long before we see an effect?

The first supplier is live within a few weeks, and that is where we measure the real read rate on your documents — not on a demo.
