You'll know a job is slipping before you invoice it.

Progress, documents and real cost in one place: margin is read while the job runs, not three months later.

Today

You find out the margin when you invoice.

The quote says one thing, the supplier invoices say another, and nobody reconciles them before closing. So a job's real cost gets reconstructed at the end, in a spreadsheet, at exactly the point where nothing can be recovered.

  • Progress is chased by phone, one job at a time
  • Photos and packing slips stay on the phone of whoever took them
  • The quote and the supplier invoices are never reconciled
  • The real cost is reconstructed at the end, when nothing can be recovered
What it does

The field fills it in, the office reads it.

Each job — a site, a route, a location — carries its own progress, documents and costs. What's entered on site arrives attached to the right job, with its date and author, and nobody has to file it afterward.

Real cost is compared with the quoted amount continuously, line by line. The gap is visible during the job, not at closing.

  • Progress updated from a phone, in seconds
  • Photos, notes and sign-off reports attached to the job, not to an inbox
  • Real cost against the quoted amount, line by line
  • A job's full history, found in one search
The threshold

A job going off track surfaces before the invoice.

You set what counts as going off track in your business: a margin percentage, a gap in euros, a delay in days. When a job crosses that threshold it surfaces in the daily list — in week three rather than at the invoice, while there's still time to act.

That's also what keeps on-site entry workable: it has to take under a minute, or it won't get done, and the tracking will be worthless.

  • Your thresholds: margin, gap in euros, delay in days
  • The alert in the daily list, not in a monthly report
  • On-site entry under a minute, or it won't happen
  • Monday's meeting starts with decisions, not with a round of calls

Testimonials

What they say, once the work is in their hands.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.

Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

The team did a fabulous job. Their support from start to finish, their professionalism, commitment and recommendations mean I'll be working with them again! I've finally found my go-to agency! I highly recommend them — you can go in with your eyes closed.

Maxime Dohollo

CEO, Agence Nuisibles

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

Jeremy Boissinot

CEO, Favikon

We worked together for several months and I'm fully satisfied with what was delivered. He quickly grasped how complex and varied our offer is, and put in place a clear, smooth, well-thought-out process.

Alexandre Velardocchio

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. The app reads what your ERP already knows and gives back what it expects. It stays the accounting system of record; the app covers what it cannot do — the field, the documents and day-to-day tracking.

How do photos end up on the right site?

They are taken from the job itself, not from the phone's gallery. Filing happens as the photo is taken, with date and author. Nobody sorts them afterward, and nobody has to chase them at invoicing time.

When can margin be seen?

From the first committed cost. Real cost is compared to the quoted amount continuously: you see the gap while the job runs, when something can still be done about it, rather than at closing.

What happens to past jobs?

They are brought in at go-live, as far as your data allows. What lives in the ERP and in spreadsheets goes into the app; what only exists in emails cannot be invented.

Are progress billing and retainage handled?

That is settled during scoping. These rules differ from one company to the next: we take yours rather than impose a template. What gets built is what is used at your place, and it is priced before we start.

What about proof of delivery in transport?

The signed note, the photo and the timestamp stay attached to the shipment. The day a dispute comes up, the timeline is there and verifiable, instead of depending on what everyone remembers three weeks later.
