The order drafts itself, you correct it.

What was used, what is left and what is coming: the order for each supplier is ready, all that's left is to adjust it.

Today

The order gets done from memory, on a Sunday.

Ordering accurately means knowing what was used, what's left and what's coming. Since nobody has those three figures on Sunday night, the order gets estimated: you copy last week's, add whatever looks short in the walk-in, and find out the rest on Friday.

  • What gets ordered depends on who's ordering that day
  • Something is always missing on Friday night
  • Price rises go unnoticed until the invoice
  • Packing slips end up in a pile by the sink
What it does

Built from what you actually used.

The app looks at what went out, what's left and your upcoming services, then prepares each supplier's order respecting their minimums and delivery days. You adjust, you send — the last call stays with whoever knows the week ahead.

Last-minute orders are entered in three taps and join the same tracking: a tool that only handles the planned is useless in a restaurant.

  • One order per supplier, built on real consumption
  • Minimum order values and delivery days respected
  • By email with a clean order form, or by file where the supplier offers one
  • History by supplier: what you buy, at what price
At delivery

A shortfall is only arguable while the driver is still there.

Two hours later it's too late: the note is signed, the van has gone, and what's missing becomes a goodwill gesture. So the check happens at unloading, on a phone, line by line — what's short, what changed price, what wasn't ordered.

Each line's price is compared with recent deliveries: a rise surfaces the moment it appears, with the product and the supplier.

  • Delivery checked against the order, line by line
  • Price rises flagged the moment they appear
  • The note attached to its order, not to the pile by the sink
  • Invoices stay with your accountant: we supply what was really delivered

Testimonials

What they say, once the work is in their hands.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.

Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

Steve Bron

Co-founder, Buckmoon Agency

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

Jeremy Boissinot

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Do orders go out automatically?

They are drafted, not sent. In hospitality a busy service or an event changes everything: the last call stays with whoever knows the week ahead.

Does it work with our suppliers?

By email with a clean purchase order in every case, and by file or interface when the supplier offers one. We don't ask anyone to change supplier for the sake of software.

How are price rises caught?

The line price is compared with recent deliveries. The rise comes up when it appears, with the product and the supplier, rather than when the invoice is paid.

What about last-minute orders?

They are entered in three taps and join the same tracking. A tool that only handles planned orders is useless in a kitchen.

Does it replace accounts payable?

No. Invoices stay with your accountant. We give them what they lack: what was actually delivered, at what price, and where it differs from what was ordered.
