What gets done by hand every day goes out on its own, on time.

What someone does by hand every day, and forgets one day in three, the app does for them, at the right moment.

  1. Event

Quote sent 7 days ago, no reply

  2. Rule

Chase on day 7, then day 14

  3. Action

    Follow-up sent at 9:00Today

Today

Repeated tasks are the ones that get forgotten.

A follow-up, a confirmation email, a short report: each takes two minutes, and nobody treats it as work. That's exactly why they get skipped one day in three, and why the alert arrives once the problem is already there.

  • Follow-ups sent whenever someone remembers
  • Confirmation emails written one at a time
  • Documents received by email, then re-keyed
  • The alert that arrives once the problem is already there
What it does

An event, a rule, and the rest goes out on its own.

Every automation starts from a dated event in the app: a quote sent, an order delivered, a threshold crossed, a date reached. It triggers what follows in the name of the person handling the job, and the send is filed in that job's history.

So the client gets a message from a person, not from a no-reply address — and replies in the usual thread.

  • Quote and payment follow-ups
  • Order and transport tracking
  • Confirmation, reminder and delay emails
  • Reports and weekly summaries
  • Alerts when a threshold is crossed
Where it stops

What shouldn't be automated isn't.

Chasing a major client happens on the phone, and no setting will change that. So you set the amount above which the automation hands over, and anything past that threshold surfaces in the daily list instead of going out by itself.

Each automation is switched on and off separately, and every send is traced: you know what went out, when, to whom, and under which rule.

  • An amount above which the automation hands over
  • Each automation switched on and off separately
  • Every send traced in the job's history
  • A follow-up stops the moment the client replies

Testimonials

What they say, once the work is in their hands.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.

Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Do emails go out in the company's name?

In the name of the person handling the deal: the client replies to a person, not to a generic address.

Can we turn an automation off?

Yes, each one is turned on and off separately, and you set the amount above which it hands control back.

How do we know what went out?

Every send leaves a trace: what, when, to whom, and the reply if there is one. Nothing fires without being written down somewhere.

What if an automation gets it wrong?

It stops and tells you rather than carrying on. Anything going to a client waits for approval until you say it can go out on its own.

How long does one take to set up?

A few days for the common ones — chasing a quote, a deadline reminder, sending a document. We always start with the one that costs you most.

Who can change them afterward?

You can. Delays, recipients and conditions are all editable from the app, without calling us.
