Cookies and trackers
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. Nothing loads before you agree
This site loads no analytics or advertising tracker until you say yes. Until you answer the banner, no Google or Meta script is loaded — not even the file itself, whose mere download would be enough to pass on your IP address.
Refusing takes exactly the same gesture as accepting: one button, in the same place, at the same size. You can also accept only part of it.
2. Changing your mind
The "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page reopens the panel and lets you change or withdraw your consent. The change takes effect immediately.
Unless you act again, your choice is kept for six months, then the question is asked once more. That applies to a refusal as much as to consent: we do not come back every week to ask again.
3. What cannot be refused
Three settings are necessary for the site to work. They stay on your device, serve no measurement purpose and cannot be used to recognize you from one site to another.
| What is kept | Where | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
edenio-theme | Local storage | Remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme | Until you clear it |
edenio-calculateur | Session storage | Keep your estimator answers if the page is reloaded | Until the tab is closed |
edenio-consent | Cookie | Remember your answer to this banner, so we do not ask again | Six months |
4. What waits for your consent
These two categories are off by default. Nothing is pre-checked.
| Category | What loads | What for |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | How many people come, through which pages, and which ones lead to a booked call |
| Advertising and social media | Meta pixel and advertising trackers | Measure how our campaigns perform and show you our ads elsewhere |
If you accept analytics without accepting advertising, Google Analytics is loaded with the IP address anonymized and advertising signals switched off: measurement is not a back door for what you refused.
5. Proof of your choice
The regulation requires us to be able to demonstrate that you consented. So we keep, in our internal tool, the date, the version of the banner you were shown, the categories accepted or refused, and a randomly generated identifier.
That record holds no name, no email address and no IP address: nothing that leads back to you.
6. Fonts
The site's fonts are requested from two outside services as the page loads: Fontshare (api.fontshare.com) for Satoshi, and Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) for JetBrains Mono and Caveat.
These calls pass your IP address to those services, like any image loaded from another domain. They set no cookie and are not used to track you. We mention them here for transparency.
7. The booking calendar
The calendar used to book a call is provided by Cal.com and displayed directly on the home page. When it loads, Cal.com receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, which the booking needs to work. For what happens inside the calendar, Cal.com's own rules apply.
8. Clearing everything
Clear the site's storage from your browser settings ("Site data", "Clear browsing data"), or use a private browsing window. The site will keep working: you will get the default theme, an empty estimator, and the banner will ask you again.
9. What about the data you send us?
That is covered in the privacy policy.
