Clients track their file without calling.

One link, and they see where their file stands, sign what needs signing and find their documents.

Every client question costs a phone call.

“Where's my order?” gets asked ten times a day, and each time someone stops working to answer. The same documents go out by email for the third time, and the signature waits on a meeting nobody can schedule.

  • “Where's my order?”, ten times a day
  • The same documents emailed out three times
  • A signature waiting on a meeting
  • The client discovering a delay on the day itself
What it does

One link, and they follow their file without calling.

The client opens their space through the link you send, with no account to create and no password to remember. They see their file's progress step by step, the documents that concern them, what they need to approve and the scheduled visits.

What they sign — a quote, a sign-off report — comes back filed in the job, with its date and timestamp.

  • File progress, step by step
  • Documents to download, always the current version
  • Online signature for quotes and sign-off reports
  • Scheduled site visits
What they don't see

Your margins and your internal exchanges stay with you.

A badly built client portal is a portal nobody opens, for fear of showing the wrong thing. This one starts from the opposite premise: each client sees their own file, and only what you decided to show in it. Costs, margins, internal notes and other clients aren't there.

Access runs through a link you share from the record, and which you can revoke.

  • One space per client, walled off
  • No costs, no margins, no internal notes
  • A link shared from the record, revocable
  • What's signed comes back timestamped in the job

Testimonials

What they say, once the work is in their hands.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.

Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

Steve Bron

Co-founder, Buckmoon Agency

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

Jeremy Boissinot

CEO, Favikon

The team did a fabulous job. Their support from start to finish, their professionalism, commitment and recommendations mean I'll be working with them again! I've finally found my go-to agency! I highly recommend them — you can go in with your eyes closed.

Maxime Dohollo

CEO, Agence Nuisibles

We worked together for several months and I'm fully satisfied with what was delivered. He quickly grasped how complex and varied our offer is, and put in place a clear, smooth, well-thought-out process.

Alexandre Velardocchio

Co-founder and CEO, Gust

Here are the first three qualities that come to mind: professionalism, integrity, efficiency. Thank you for our exchanges and for the work delivered. I recommend them.

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Does the client need to create an account?

No: they open the link you send them.

What exactly does the client see?

What you decide, job by job: progress, documents, what they need to sign. Never your margins, your costs or your other clients.

Does it replace phone calls?

Not all of them, and that is not the aim. It removes the ones that only existed to say where things stand — which is most of them.

Is the signature legally meaningful?

Yes. Every signature is timestamped and records who signed, from which address, on which document. That stands up, unlike a verbal agreement on site.

Can we put our own branding on it?

Yes. The portal carries your name, your logo and your colors. The client does not see Edenio, they see you.
