Why not show the exact price?
Because it depends on things this page cannot know: how many people need training, which of your habits we reproduce and the state of the data to migrate.
Quoting to the cent before looking would be a made-up number. What you read here is an honest floor.
Can the amount go up after the call?
It is fixed at the scoping call, in writing, before we start. It only goes up if you ask for something that was not in the written scope, and you approve that first.
What does the monthly subscription cover?
Hosting, backups, monitoring, fixes and small improvements. It can be canceled any month with thirty days' notice.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
You keep the code and the data, and the app keeps running on your own hosting. You lose the hosting we provide, the fixes and the improvements, nothing else.
Is team training included?
Yes. On delivery we train your whole team live and leave you the recordings. Software nobody uses is worth nothing: the job ends when everyone is working in it.
What if the gain is not worth the price?
Before talking price, we put a figure on what your current setup costs you. If the gain is not worth at least three times the invoice, we tell you and we stop there.
