My teams will never use it.
That's why we ask as little of them as possible. In the field, a person does one or two things a day in the app: confirm their hours, take a photo, get a document signed, in a few taps from their phone.
The people running the business get the big picture, so that's where everything else goes. And we always start with what takes work off your teams, not what adds to it.
Do I have to shut down my current software?
No, and we advise against it. We bring your data over through your tool's export or API, while you keep working in it for as long as you want.
You cancel that subscription the day you stop opening it. Shutting down the old tool should be a conclusion, not a gamble.
How much does it cost?
A one-time setup fee starting at €2,500 excl. tax, then a monthly subscription that covers hosting, backups, maintenance and updates.
Before we talk price, we put a number on what your current way of working costs you. If the savings aren't worth at least three times the price, we tell you and stop there.
Estimate your savingsHow long before it's in my hands?
Two to four weeks after the setup fee is paid. You get a web address, accounts for you and your team, and your data already loaded.
Training is done live with your teams, not with a manual. The session is recorded for people who join later.
Does it work on phones?
Yes, with no App Store, no account to create and no updates to download. You open the address in the browser, add it to the home screen, and it gets its own icon like any other app.
It works on iPhone, Android, tablets and computers, with the same data everywhere.
What if we stop working together one day?
The app is yours. The code and all of your data are handed over to you, at no cost and with no conditions.
Everything is documented so another developer can take over.

Mainly construction and trades, supply chain and transport, and restaurants. The trades differ, but the problems look alike: quotes that never get a follow-up, scattered documents, the same data typed in several times.
