A quote with no answer is a follow-up that never went out.

The quote goes out the same day, the follow-up goes out on its own, and your win rate stops being a feeling.

Today

You send it, then you forget it.

The quote goes out two days after the visit, once the client has already received the others. After that nobody knows who hasn't replied for eight days, and a lost job stays lost without anyone able to say why: the win rate is an impression, not a figure.

What it does

The follow-up goes out without anyone thinking about it.

Every quote carries a state, and the state moves on its own: sent, chased, signed, lost. At day 7 then day 14 the follow-up goes out from your work address with your signature, following rules written once — and it stops the moment the client replies.

Industry figures put quote conversion between 10 and 30%, and close to one professional in two never follows up after sending. It isn't a pricing problem: it's a quote that got forgotten.

  • The follow-up sent at the time you set, from your own address
  • Rules written once: day 7, then day 14, then stop
  • Sleeping quotes surfaced with their days of silence
  • The follow-up stopping by itself as soon as the quote changes state
What you learn

After twenty quotes, you know whether it's the price or the lead time.

The reason for losing is asked while it's still known — not three months later, when all that's left is “too expensive”. After a few dozen quotes the win rate reads by person, by job type and by month, and the dominant reason shows.

That's the figure that lets you decide to lower a price, or to turn down work you shouldn't have quoted for.

  • The reason for losing asked while it's still known
  • Win rate by person, by job type, by month
  • The average delay between sending and replying
  • What the outstanding quotes represent, in euros

Testimonials

What they say, once the work is in their hands.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.

Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Do follow-ups go out from our address?

Yes. The client gets a message from your company, not from a tool, and replies in the usual thread. A follow-up arriving from an unknown address is a follow-up that ends up in spam.

Can a follow-up be stopped once started?

At any time, and it stops by itself as soon as the client replies or the quote changes state. Nobody gets chased about a quote they have just signed.

Does it replace our estimating software?

No. Price libraries and detailed estimating stay in your trade tool if it does that job well. We take the amount and handle what comes next: sending, chasing, tracking and recording why a job was lost.

Is electronic signature included?

It connects to a signature provider if you have a use for it. That is a scoping decision, with its own cost: we do not rewrite a signature service that already exists and already has legal standing.

Do we have to redo our quote templates?

No. Your documents stay yours, layout included. What changes is what happens after they are sent — and that is where jobs are lost.

How do we finally know our win rate?

It works itself out, since every quote carries its state and its date. Per person, per type of job, per month: you see where you win, where you don't, and for how long that has been true.
