From quote to closeout, with no re-keying.

For builders and specialty trade contractors: quotes, job sites, schedules, time tracking and documents, from the office to your crews' phones.

Quotes and follow-ups

It starts with a quote that goes out the same day.

Priced on site, sent before leaving the job, then chased at day 7 and day 14 without anyone thinking about it. The reason for losing is asked while it's still known — and the win rate stops being an impression.

  • The quote out before the competitors'
  • The follow-up sent from your address, on time
  • The reason for losing asked on the spot

Scheduling and time

The crews know where to go, and hours get counted once.

The crew schedule on one side, phone clock-ins on the other — attached to the site the worker is standing on. Travel pay and per diems follow actual attendance, and the export feeds payroll with no second entry.

  • Clocking attached to the right job
  • Overtime visible before the end of the month
  • An export in your payroll's format

Tracking and margin

During the job, the margin is read rather than guessed.

Each job carries its own progress, photos, notes and costs. Real cost is compared with the quote continuously: a job that drops below its threshold surfaces in the daily list, in week three rather than at the invoice.

  • Progress updated from a phone
  • Documents attached to the job, not to an inbox
  • An alert at the threshold you set

Invoicing and payment

A signed closeout triggers the invoice, the same evening.

The report signed on site makes the invoice ready, with its supporting documents already attached. Then payment is tracked: what's unpaid surfaces by age, with the reminder already written.

  • The invoice built from what was actually done
  • Documents attached at acceptance
  • Receivables by client, and the age of each unpaid one

Testimonials

What they say, once the work is in their hands.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.

Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

Steve Bron

Co-founder, Buckmoon Agency

The team did a fabulous job. Their support from start to finish, their professionalism, commitment and recommendations mean I'll be working with them again! I've finally found my go-to agency! I highly recommend them — you can go in with your eyes closed.

Maxime Dohollo

CEO, Agence Nuisibles

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

Jeremy Boissinot

CEO, Favikon

We worked together for several months and I'm fully satisfied with what was delivered. He quickly grasped how complex and varied our offer is, and put in place a clear, smooth, well-thought-out process.

Alexandre Velardocchio

Co-founder and CEO, Gust

Here are the first three qualities that come to mind: professionalism, integrity, efficiency. Thank you for our exchanges and for the work delivered. I recommend them.

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

We already have quoting software. Do we need to change it?

No, not if it does its job well. We look at what it doesn't do, and that's where we build.

Will the crews actually use it?

That's the first question we ask: entry on the job site fits on a phone and takes a few taps, and we validate it with the people who use it.

Does it work with no signal on site?

Yes. Time entries and photos are captured offline and sync as soon as the phone finds a signal. A basement does not cost you a day of data entry.

Is the time recording compliant?

Hours are recorded, timestamped and retained, which is what federal wage-and-hour rules ask of you. Location tracking stays optional and tightly scoped.

How long before go-live?

Four to six weeks for a first scope that works on a real site. We adjust after that with the people using it.

What about our jobs already running?

They get migrated. We load open jobs, their quotes and their documents before the start, so the year is not cut in two.
