A dispute is won with a timeline, not with a memory.

Every event on a shipment — departure, exception, photo, signature — stays attached to the file. The claim starts from dated facts.

Today

Six weeks later, nobody remembers.

A dispute is argued on dated facts, and the facts scatter the same day: the photo stays on a phone, the exception in a notebook, the signed note in a cab. Six weeks later all that's left is recollection — and recollection weighs nothing against a carrier.

  • The file lives in an inbox, in pieces
  • The exception was recorded, but nobody can find the photo
  • The invoice is stuck for want of proof of delivery
  • The dispute ends in a goodwill gesture, for lack of anything better
What it does

Everything that happened, in one place, dated.

Each shipment carries its own timeline: departure, arrival, exceptions raised, photos with their author, the signed note, the exchanges. Nothing has to be reconstructed six weeks later, because nothing was scattered when it happened.

The dispute itself is tracked like a case: opened, valued, in progress, closed.

  • Proof of delivery attached to the shipment, signature included
  • Exceptions entered at unloading, not the next day
  • Photos timestamped, with their author
  • What disputes cost over the year, by client and by cause
Why cases are lost

A dispute is lost on evidence, almost never on the law.

A vague exception, a photo nobody can find, a deadline missed: that's what makes a case collapse, not the contract. So the form enforces the wording your contracts require, at the moment of unloading — a required field beats a notice on the break-room wall.

The app doesn't argue the case for you. It makes sure that when you argue it, you have something: a coherent timeline, dated and verifiable.

  • Exception wording enforced by the form, not merely reminded
  • Running deadlines, visible on the case
  • A coherent timeline rather than a forensic report
  • Documents kept per your obligations, and exportable

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Why are disputes usually lost?

Almost always on proof, not on law. A vague exception, a photo nobody can find, a deadline missed: the file ends in a goodwill gesture. This module doesn't change your contracts, it gives you back what was observed.

Does the form enforce exceptions?

Yes, in the wording your contracts require. A required field beats a notice on the break room wall: what isn't entered at unloading will not be entered later.

Do photos stand up?

They are timestamped, attached to the shipment and carry their author. That isn't a forensic report, but it is a coherent timeline — which is exactly what most files lack.

Does it replace our TMS?

No. If you have a TMS, it keeps the transport plan and execution. We connect to it for what it doesn't do well at your place: the dispute file, its documents and its follow-through.

How long are documents kept?

As long as your obligations and contracts require, and the duration is set with you. They stay exportable: your evidence isn't held hostage by the app.
