You don't write your list anymore. Your business writes it for you.

Every morning, the app goes over what happened and brings up what needs a decision.

Tuesday 7:30 AM — 5 decisions

  • Martin quote — no reply for 8 days[Quote]
  • Leroy delivery — due yesterday[Delivery]
  • Rivoli job — below its margin[Margin]
  • Metal Pro invoice — to approve[Invoice]
  • Dupont report — to be signed[Signature]
Today

What needs doing depends on somebody's memory.

Nothing gets forgotten out of carelessness: today's emergency takes priority, and last week's quote slips the mind of whoever sent it. The tracking sheet is current on Monday and out of date by Thursday, because keeping it current is a job in itself.

  • The quote forgotten because today's emergency came first
  • The tracking sheet current on Monday, forgotten by Thursday
  • Everyone rewriting their own list by hand, every morning
  • What's been sitting there discovered the day it's too late
What it does

Nobody has to keep it up to date.

Every morning the app rereads what moved yesterday and what should have, then writes the list of what needs a decision: a quote with no reply for eight days, a delivery expected yesterday, a job that dropped below its margin. Thirty seconds to read it.

A task that's handled disappears. What's left comes back the next day, one day older.

  • A quote with no reply for eight days
  • A delivery that was due yesterday
  • A job that has dropped below its margin
  • A supplier invoice waiting for approval
  • A purchase order ready to sign
Who gets what

The owner's list isn't the site manager's list.

Everyone gets their own. Management sees the jobs going off track and the aging receivables; the office sees quotes to chase and invoices to send; the field sees what to do today. A shared list gets read by nobody.

The rules behind what surfaces are set with you at the start — eight days or fifteen, whichever margin threshold — and adjusted afterward, without us.

  • One list per role, not one list for everybody
  • Thresholds and delays set with you, editable afterward
  • The most urgent first, with the number of days it has waited
  • Nothing to check off: the list empties when the work is done

Testimonials

What they say, once the work is in their hands.

Their words, exactly as they wrote them to us.

Communication was fast and effective throughout the project. They analyzed our needs perfectly and met them 100%, if not more — genuinely high standard, while staying true to the offer. Timelines were excellent. What really struck us was their expertise: they guided us and explained their choices clearly, bringing real know-how about what converts. Serious, responsive and expert — I recommend them without hesitation!

Steve Bron

Co-founder, Buckmoon Agency

The Edenio team was incredibly committed from the start. They understood our brand world, our tone and our technical constraints. The design is modern, clear and true to who we are. Communication was always smooth, deadlines were met, and their strategic advice on user experience had a real impact on our conversions.

FAQ

The questions we get asked about this.

And if yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Can we choose what goes on the list?

Yes: the rules are set with you at the start, then adjusted over time.

What if someone does not follow it?

Nothing bad: what is not done comes back the next day, and moves up as it becomes urgent. The list suggests, it does not police.

Does everyone see the same list?

No. It is worked out for each person, from what they are responsible for. A site manager and a salesperson do not have the same day.

Do we still get notifications?

Fewer. That is the point: the list replaces a dozen scattered reminders with one place you open in the morning.

Can people add their own tasks?

Yes. They slot in with the rest, at the right point in the day, and disappear once done.
