We are hiring

Freelance developer, employed later if it works out.

Edenio builds custom business applications for construction, logistics and food service companies. One application that replaces all their tools.

Edenio hiring. Win your seat. Freelance, remote, very long term. The Edenio robot holds out a developer access badge.
The role

You build the application, not a part of the application.

The work is fully remote to start with. If it works out between us, the role can become an employment contract, in Andorra.

  • You build an application end to end: the screens, the database, the deployment, the maintenance.
  • You code with Claude Code every day, without vibe coding. You decide the data model and the architecture. You look at what Claude did at each step before saying yes, then you iterate.
  • You hold the line on security: authentication, per-role permissions, database access rules, secrets, client data.
  • You know how to build AI agents, with their tools and their guardrails.
  • You understand a trade and you know how to turn it into screens.
  • You have a minimum sense of design. We are looking for a developer, not a designer, but at Edenio we build applications that look sharp, and above all that work.
Beyond the code

What counts as much as what you can do.

We work with companies that rely on their application to run. What plays out day to day is how you keep your commitments.

  • You are resourceful. You look before you ask.
  • You hold up under pressure.
  • You can follow several clients at once.
  • You learn from your mistakes.
  • You are looking for a very long-term collaboration.
The very long term

We are not looking for a one-off gig.

We are looking for someone who stays. The applications we deliver live for years: they change, they get fixed, they open up to new uses. Whoever built them is the one who knows them.

That is why we look at how you work as much as at your code. And that is why the role can become salaried.

How it goes

Four steps, and you know what to expect.

  1. 1The formYour profile, your work, your motivation, your rate. Every application is read.
  2. 2The shortlistTen people are shortlisted and receive an email.
  3. 3The exercise, for those shortlistedBuild an application. We look at the result, and above all at how it was built. It will not go smoothly: things come up along the way, as with a real client.
  4. 4What followsWe decide together what happens next.

The exercise is not sent with this form. It comes at step 3, if you are shortlisted.

Your application
