Solane Rénovation is a demo application. The company does not exist: it is a renovation and finishing trades company made up for the occasion, with its own job sites, crews and clients.
We built it to show, in a single video call, what day-to-day work looks like at a construction company when the office and the field work from the same information.
1. Quote tracking
Quotes move through a board by stage: sent, followed up, signed, lost. A quote can't be marked "lost" without a reason, because that is the only way to ever find out why you lose.
Writing a quote starts from a catalog of services organized by trade, with the projected margin visible to the owner, and the quote exactly as the client will receive it displayed alongside.
2. Job sites and the schedule
The schedule is kept by the half day: who is on which job site, morning and afternoon. Anyone booked in two places at once is flagged right away, before it costs a morning.
Technicians who work by the hour have their own grid, and both feed the same payroll export.
3. Job site closeout
The closeout happens on site, on a phone, in four steps: the walkthrough, photos sorted by room, punch list items with their photo, then handing over the keys and documents.
The client then signs the sign-off report from a link, with no account to create. The job site moves to "completed," and punch list items stay tracked until they are cleared.
4. Automations and the assistant
Ten repetitive actions run on their own: follow-ups, reminders, confirmations. Estimated conservatively, action by action, they add up to a little over eleven hours a month for a company this size. That is an estimate, not a measurement.
The assistant answers everyday questions from the app's data: what to start with this morning, which job site is waiting on its sign-off report, where a certificate is filed.
5. What the demo shows
Nothing you see is software to be adapted: it is a foundation we build around the way you work. And if your quoting software already does its job well, we keep it and build what's missing around it.
