Marceau Ops, a demo logistics app
A demo app for a fictional distributor: packing slips read and fed into the ERP, trucks tracked in real time, documented disputes, a driver app and a customer portal.

Marceau Ops is a demo application. Marceau Distribution does not exist: it is a food distributor made up for the occasion, with 45 trucks and 3 warehouses.
We built it to show, in a single video call, what a custom logistics app looks like, with screens that actually work instead of a slide deck.
1. Documents read and fed into the ERP
A packing slip, scanned or received by email, is read, its information is extracted, then sent to the ERP. In the demo, no packing slip is retyped.
2. Transport in real time
A map shows the trucks out on their routes, and delays show up on the dashboard without anyone calling the driver.
3. The driver app
On the phone: the day's route, the customer's signature on the screen, and incidents reported on the spot. The incident shows up at the office right away.
4. Disputes and inventory
A dispute opens with its dated evidence: the signed packing slip, the photo, the messages. Inventory is shown by warehouse.
5. The customer portal and the assistant
Customers track their delivery from their own portal. The assistant answers operations questions from the app's data.
6. What the demo shows
The same app changes its name, logo and colors in a few minutes. That is the whole point: what you see is not a template to adapt, it is a foundation we build around the way you work.
